My main research interest is investigating the mechanism behind individual variations in susceptibility and resilience to psychiatric disease, especially drug abuse and addiction. My Ph.D. project focuses on how drug exposure in adolescence disrupts the organization of neuronal circuitries, and influences relevant behaviors in adulthood.
